Decision & Risk Analytics
Multi-criteria decision frameworks (AHP · TOPSIS) and scenario-based exposure comparisons for planning and investment.
In Practice
Weighing what matters most
The hardest part of risk analysis isn't the model — it's weighing what matters most.
I design decision frameworks that turn multiple, often conflicting criteria into a single, defensible ranking — from sustainability scoring across health, climate, and economic indicators, to mapping how different hazards interact and compound with each other.
- Designed a multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) framework using AHP and TOPSIS to rank sustainability performance across SDG-aligned indicators.
- Built a geospatial framework analyzing interactions between multiple hazards, including cascading and compounding effects.
- Facilitated vulnerability & exposure workshops to align risk metrics with business impacts and adaptation strategies.
- Computed closeness coefficients and produced ranked outputs for comparative sustainability assessment of plant-based oils.
